WINE TASTINGS
Experience the fruits of our land
In our Enoteca Porta di Bacco, our two lady sommeliers will be very happy to welcome and guide you with a private wine tasting, introducing you to the various and charming worlds of wine. Through this experience you will learn about the tastes, the aromas and the colours of our land and one of its important products. You can also be accompanied by a guide to discover the most important wineries of our territory, and via the tastings experience the greatest production areas in Tuscany, not only Montepulciano, but also Montalcino, Bolgheri and Chianti.
OLIVE’S HARVEST
and oil production
During the autumn and the winter season, you can take part, together with the farmers, in the harvest of our Farm’s olive oil, you will follow the entire process, starting with the work in the field to the evening, when finishing the harvest the olives will be taken to the olive press where you can see how the fruits of the olive trees became one of the most well known Tuscan product, you will see this green gold liquid strained into the container that will be take with us for a convivial dinner in order for you to taste the oil with our Tuscan bread.
GRAPE HARVEST
Live the real tuscan country life
In the countryside you cannot miss the experience of the grape harvest. With our farmers you can take part in the entire process of the vinification, from the vineyard to the winery , where the work and the pressing of the grapes is done, up to the first taste of the wine. This experience finishes with a festive dinner.
TRUFFLE HUNTING
during the season
The tie between man and his dog, to go and look for truffles, is a marvellous experience, walking along the edge of the woods in an uncontaminated countryside, seeing them work together and participate in this moment, and to be also rewarded by the finding of a beautiful tuber that can be purchased or used in the kitchen of one of our restaurants in a really beautiful and unforgettable moment to live.
DAIRY VISITS
and cheese tasting
Cheese is one of the most famous products of our region, we can take you a dairy where the cheese is produced with the milk of its own sheep, and where you will see them, plus the process of production of Pecorino cheese and at the close of the day a snack in the farm where you have been hosted.

PARCO VILLA TRECCI
The Park of Villa Trecci borders with the park of Villa Benefizio, a bio-sustainable and Mediterranean garden, with around three hundred and sixty different species of plants, the dry and wet climate of the lake and of the swamp. The Park of Villa Trecci is part of the APGI and MSGI, two important Italian garden associations. The park is open to the public during the spring and summer seasons, and it also hosts concerts, art exhibitions and performances of plays. All our guests can enter to the park on the opening days for a relaxing walk.
